Banff Contacts
Bizzanff is a unique place, and like most ski towns its population is largely transient. One might call Banff a bro-dude town; it certainly has qualities that make it adventurous, but it can also be spiritually oppressive for some. Experiences of the short term residents may vary, but for most it is not positive or Godly.
For us leaders (Jake, Josh and Ryan) the ski hills and life style attracted us. The town is on our hearts. We care about it and the people that inhabit it. Our passion for the town is the reason behind SFC Banff. We live to love Christ, and to express that love in every way we can; most importantly in our snowboarding life style. The snowboarding community here is our passion, and in this community its easy to recognize a need for Christ. It is our goal to be a light to this community, and to be a positive influence in our respective circles. We plan to do this by living a life evident of the light of Christ in us; a light that shines in and through us like a light on a hill. This being our most effective and practical method to spread Gods word, in the community we care about, and would love to see impacted by Gods power.
We hold bible studies on Wednesdays, and our house is always open to visitors and people looking for a place to stay.
