Fern and Lina taste the goods before our Feed the Swede night, or is that a moment of panic waiting for the sauce to thicken! The 40+ Swedes approved of the meatballs, potatoes, salad and ice cream. I even heard a couple mention that the Tim Hortons coffee was the best they had had in Canada.....that may have something to do with our lack of experienced coffee drinkers and the resulting potent black brew. It was a great night and we look forward to seeing our new Swedish friends around town and also hosting more food events the last 2 Saturdays in February.
