During the course of the SFC International meeting in March, there came a request from the key national leaders for an International Coordinator. The previous structure of having 3 Global Area Administrators was not working as well as it could. It was time for a new direction. SFC is a global family and it is becoming increasingly important to have an effective network. It is important to have continuity within SFC as well as better partnerships with like minded ministries.
Bruce Nelson has accepted the role for a 2 year term starting April 15, 2007
In addition to this new role, Bruce will primarily be the National Director for Canada. The renewed focus and clarity resulting from the conference has already benefited the international network of SFC. And the bonds with other ministries has grown stronger as well.
These next two years will be exciting!
