SfC Kelowna aims at reaching out to the youth snowriding community. Being partnered with Willow Park Church and their youth program, we take kids up to the hill on Friday nights, for 5 buck Fridays. The system is pretty basic, kids know to meet at the church at 3:30 and we leave by 4pm at the latest. The bus ride up to the mountain is a perfect time to share testimonies and what SfC is all about. Also while up on the hill, the leaders ride, play games, give lessons and build relationships with the kids. Many of the SfC leaders are youth leaders as well and this also gives another opportunity to reach out and love on the kids.
